🚫 No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected by ConvoControl are never sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to deliver the SMS communications you have requested from ConvoControl. We do not share opt-in data with affiliates, partners, or any other outside organization for their independent use.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell, share, or transfer SMS opt-in data or phone numbers to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
